Q: May we sit at our own table?
A: On occasion you may find yourself seated alongside one party or between two parties whom
you do not know at a table. We call this "communal seating" and it is the way people have been
sitting and eating together in our restaurant for more than a decade. Our tables seat either 4 or 8
and we require that you accede to our hosts seating suggestions. Where possible we shall accommodate
you but please come prepared to share in our tradition; it is essential to the way we provide you a fast,
fun and affordable dining experience. Plus, we think you will find that you really like eating together
Republic-style!

Q: Does Republic take reservations?
A: We do not accept reservations at Republic. It's a first-come first-serve basis. If you have a party
of 8 or more, call ahead about an hour before your arrival; if we have a list going we will put
you on it. We will not start saving a table until at least one person from your party has arrived
(aim for 15 minutes prior) and we can not hold seats for party members that are not present
at the time of seating.

Q: Does Republic do catering?
A: We are more than happy to make shareable versions of our classic dishes for your large scale
gatherings. For large orders, we will bring you lunch or dinner outside of our normal delivery

Q: Does Republic sell gift cards?
A: Yes, we do. You can customize a gift card to any dollar amount you desire. They can be purchased
at the restaurant or over the phone and mailed to anyone in the greater continental United States.
Standard day shipping applies. Your purchase comes in the form of a refill-able credit card with our
logo on it, plus an envelope and dedicatory card to make it an excellent self-contained gift.

Q: Do you have vegetarian dishes?
A: A number of our dishes, ranging from a salad of raw asian vegetables to our warming
curry vegetable broth, are vegetarian friendly. In fact, we have an entire section of our menu
that is for you, veggie-lovers!

Q: Does Republic have gluten-free dishes?
A: Although our restaurant is a place where preparation of dishes can not be separate for those
with severe allergies, we offer many dishes that do not have glutenous ingredients! There are many
rice noodle dishes at our restaurant; also, most of our dishes feature fish sauce in lieu of the
wheat-containing soy sauce found in many other asian restaurants' dishes. Your server can
guide you but we have also created a menu to aid in your decisions.
